I worked as a Product Designer with 2 stakeholders, 2 engineers, and 3 product designers on
• Collaborated cross-functionally with executive stakeholders and engineers to translate insights into actionable recommendations to assure high-quality implementation
• Defined NFT event related features through multiple rounds of interviews and user storyboard that support creators demands and business goals
• Restructured the information architecture and reduced 30% of redundant functionality

Previously, creators relied on corporate-controlled social media platforms, limiting their income and fan engagement. Web 3.0 and NFTs now empower them to own communities, monetize their work, and deepen connections with fans.
NFTs offer hidden value. Treating NFTs as opportunities can expand creators' influence, connect them with artists and fans, and provide exclusive benefits.
However, creators often lack technical or business expertise when entering this space.
In this case, our product steps in as a solution, offering a user-friendly platform designed to assist creators in surmounting these obstacles, fostering dedicated communities, and optimizing the worth of their NFTs.
The Primary Challenges of our Target User: Artists
In pursuit of a deeper understanding of our users, I conducted twelve individual interviews with our target audience and extended invitations for them to evaluate the current version of Etcheve. By crafting and delving into persona journey maps, along with their typical tasks, I discerned critical emotional and procedural junctures that required attention and improvement within Etcheve.
